Pick your pace.
Choose Flow for room to settle in, Tempo for more momentum, or Sprint for a faster flight. Each pace keeps its own personal best for camera play.
Make room to move.
Place your iPhone upright on a stable surface in front of you. Use good light, keep your face in view, and leave enough space to move comfortably. Choose Start a camera set and allow camera access.
Show Pip your range.
Hold your comfortable top position and tap Capture position · 3s. The countdown gives you time to get into place. Repeat at your comfortable bottom position.
Move between the two positions in the range preview. The bird should follow you. Adjust your framing and recalibrate if needed.
Clear the gaps.
Move up and down to guide Pip through the course. Keep your face in view and follow a comfortable rhythm. Pause whenever you need a break.
The game follows face position. Repetition estimates are a game mechanic, not an assessment of exercise form.
Keep your moment.
If you want a video, enable Record my set before play and accept the recording prompt. After the set, make a highlight in Clip studio. See how to save and share a clip.
