About this policy
This policy covers the PushPip iPhone app and the PushPip browser games and these information, privacy, and support pages. PushPip is provided by Vladyslav Podoliako. You can contact the developer through vladyslavpodoliako.com/contact.
PushPip has no player sign-in or advertising. Camera images, face positions and recordings are not uploaded to the developer or RevenueCat. Optional Game Center scores are handled by Apple as described below.
Version 1.0 has no in-app purchases or RevenueCat SDK. Version 1.1 is an upcoming update with optional Sky Styles purchases and RevenueCat purchase processing; its additional practices are described below. These browser games do not use RevenueCat or sell the pack. This policy does not announce that either iPhone version has been released.
Camera and movement
Camera access is used to show your live preview and estimate your face’s position with Apple’s on-device Vision framework. That position controls the bird. Processing happens on your iPhone.
PushPip does not identify you, compare your face with other people, or create a face recognition template. Face positions and the top and bottom calibration values are used for the current session; they are not uploaded or kept as a face profile. Without recording enabled, camera images are used for the live game and are not saved as video by PushPip.
You can decline camera access and use the touch demo. You can change camera permission in your iPhone’s Settings.
Optional recordings
If you turn on Record my set, Apple ReplayKit records the visible PushPip screen, including the camera preview and game. The microphone is disabled. This means a recording can show your face, surroundings, and anything visible within the app during the recording.
The original recording may include countdowns, pauses, and the transition out of gameplay. The clip studio creates a separate edit using the recorded active-play intervals. The original is retained in Your clips, so you can make another edit later. Preview an export before sharing it.
Daily and friend challenges stop recording after 90 seconds of wall time, including pauses, to keep the original file bounded. If recording stops before play ends, the retained clip is marked partial. Classic sets keep their existing recording behavior. Recording is optional. Your recording preference is saved on the device for the next session, and you can turn it off before starting another set.
Photos and sharing
PushPip requests permission to add a video to Photos when you choose Save video. It does not request access to browse your existing photo library. A video saved to Photos is a separate copy. Apple may sync that copy through iCloud Photos depending on your device settings.
When you choose to share, the selected video or scorecard is passed to the destination you select in the iOS share sheet. If you copy a caption, that text is placed on the system clipboard.
You choose the recipient, social app, audience, and final posting action. PushPip does not automatically publish posts, access your social account credentials, or control how another app handles a shared video. The destination’s privacy policy and your settings there apply.
Optional Game Center
When you connect and enable score sharing, PushPip sends the gap score and selected pace for future eligible classic camera sets to Apple with your Game Center player identity. Your Game Center nickname and score may be visible to other players.
PushPip loads names, ranks and scores to display the boards, without storing a developer copy or sending them to a separate server. Camera frames, movement coordinates and recordings are never sent to Game Center. Touch demo scores and daily or friend challenge scores are excluded from these classic boards.
Turn off Share future camera scores in Leaderboard to stop future submissions. This does not erase existing Game Center scores. Connection applies to the current app session; reconnect if the app restarts. A different Game Center account needs its own score-sharing choice. Apple handles its service data under its Game Center privacy policy.
The app is preparing for release. Live rankings require the app’s Game Center configuration to be enabled in Apple’s service.
Optional purchases in version 1.1
Sky Styles is an optional one-time purchase for Aurora, Sunset and Midnight bird and course appearances. Free play, challenges, recording and sharing remain available without it. Apple processes payment; PushPip and RevenueCat do not receive your payment-card details.
In version 1.1, RevenueCat connects when the app starts using a generated anonymous identifier and checks purchase access, even if you have not opened the shop. It processes purchase history for receipt validation, fraud prevention, restoring purchases and purchase analytics, along with technical details such as device type, operating system and service activity. PushPip does not send your name, email, Game Center identity, camera content or exercise data to RevenueCat, and does not use it for advertising tracking. RevenueCat processes this data for PushPip; its privacy policy explains its role as a service provider.
The shop’s Copy support ID action puts that anonymous identifier on the clipboard only when you select it. If you choose to send it with a support message, the developer can use it to investigate your purchase. Do not send Apple passwords or payment details. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that bought the pack to recover access.
Deleting the app does not erase purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat or issue a refund. For a purchase-data request, contact the developer with your support ID before deleting the app. Records required to support purchases, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations may need to be retained. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Local data and deletion
PushPip keeps app preferences, personal bests and daily challenge progress locally. Challenge links contain the game, pace, course seed, input type and optional target score and date. They contain no camera data or player identity. Anyone with the link can read and play that course; the hosting provider may see its URL when it is opened. Saved clips include the original video, creation date, score, estimated repetitions, duration, difficulty, and timing information used to make highlights.
Original clips are stored in the app’s private Application Support folder with iOS file protection and are excluded from device backups. Export files are temporary copies. PushPip does not provide a cloud clip library. Back up a clip you want to keep by saving or exporting it yourself.
- To delete an original, open Your clips, tap its trash button, and confirm Delete clip.
- Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local app data. There is no PushPip player account to delete. This does not remove Apple Game Center scores or Apple and RevenueCat purchase records.
- Deleting a clip in PushPip does not delete copies already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. Remove those copies in Photos or in the receiving service.
Website and support
The browser games process touch, mouse and keyboard input on your device. They do not request camera or microphone access. Daily scores and streaks are stored in this browser’s local storage, never in a PushPip player database. Use Clear browser progress in the game, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings, to remove them. If storage is unavailable, games still work but progress may not persist. Saved result images are created on your device; sharing sends only the image or challenge link you choose to your selected destination. These PushPip pages do not use advertising, analytics scripts, cookies set by the site, embedded social content, or contact forms. They are hosted by Vercel. Hosting requests may include technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and request time, used to deliver and protect the website. Vercel handles hosting data under its own privacy policy.
The Contact the developer link opens the developer’s separate website. If you voluntarily send a support request there, the information you provide, including your contact details and message, can be used to understand your request and reply. That website and its service providers handle the information under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not include passwords or information you do not want to share.
Your choices and contact
You control camera permission, whether a set is recorded, whether to save a video to Photos, and whether to share it. You can review app permissions in Settings and remove your local clips inside PushPip.
For privacy questions, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have voluntarily sent for support, contact the developer and mention PushPip. The developer cannot retrieve or remotely delete recordings kept only on your iPhone. Requests about copies held by a social platform should go to that platform.
Policy changes
If PushPip’s data practices change, this policy will be updated with a new date. The privacy explanation bundled with the app is also available offline in Privacy & help.
